Here on offer is one of the most amazing and historically important folk albums every issued. Shirley Collins and maestro guitarist Davy Graham teamed up way back in 1964 to produce this remarkable album. This original Australian issue on the Decca red label Mono LKA4652 features some of the most hauntingly beautiful folk songs ever recorded. Shirley’s beautiful voice accompanied by Davy’s brilliant guitar playing makes listening to this album a near religious experience.

CONDITION
Vinyl: Reasonably clean copy with a bubble on side one track one resulting in a repeat and some crackle and pop on the second track of side two. Most of the other tracks play good to VG. Fair
Cover: Spine splits, creases, ring wear, staining on back cover and writing. Fair
Normally I would not list an album in this condition unless it was a rarity or masterpiece. This album is both. A definite addition to any collector of English folk and ‘must have’ album collections. Luckily most of the tracks play well. Earlier in the year a copy of this album went for over $600.
