What better way to own Shirley Bassey's 1964 #8 hit Goldfinger than this France-only EP? The stunning PICTURE SLEEVE features Shirley Eaton fully in character for her iconic role in the James Bond film. The EP disc is CLEAN M-; the front of the sleeve is gorgeous, but it's docked to VG/VG+ due to issues with the reverse (see last photo). We'll discount for these imperfections.
A myth arose claiming the lovely actress died from being painted gold (just as her character in the movie perished). We're happy to report both Shirleys (Eaton & Bassey) will celebrate their 85th birthdays in January 2022.
