IMPOSSIBLY RARE original US two-sided single sheet INSERT together with the original US promo 45 from 1962. This double-sided insert was most likely made for some kind of jukebox or distributor use, because the back of the insert has got info about 4 other 45s (by Don Gibson, Floyd Cramer, Patsy Cline and Porter Wagoner) that "this package contains". The insert is printed on light green paper. The SLEEVE which utilises this artwork is scarce ofcourse, but I have only seen one other example of this insert being sold on eBay (about 10 years ago). Have a listen below!
