All discs and sleeves are graded according to the following criteria:
New: Just that! Has never been played. May well have its original factory seal still intact.
Mint Minus (M-) Has been opened, but is still flawless with no damage whatsoever
Excellent (EX) Used, but showing only the slightest sign of usage. Disc may have just one or two imperfections, but play perfectly well. The cover may be slightly bent or have slight ring wear, but nothing more severe than that.
Very Good (VG) Vinyl may crackle, pop or make other annoying noises, but only occasionally,never continuously, and not more loudly than the music being listened to. The cover may have normal used cover wear such as ring wear and split seams
Good (G) Vinyl may have continuous crackles, pops, etc... but not so loud as to make the music completely unlistenable or unenjoyable to the casual listener. The cover may have more than normal wear and tear.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
We aim to please. All items are mailed by First Class Royal Mail (UK) and by Royal Mail Airmail (Rest of the World). Vinyl records are sent using dedicated mailers and CDs are sent in bubble-lined Jiffi Bags to ensure they arrive with you in the same condition they left us. 95% of our mailings are sent within 2 working days of payment clearing - many are sent the next working day!
