Description

The Shanes: The Shanegang LP (Columbia SSX 1020, Sweden 1965)

An exceptionally good copy of the second LP by Sweden's premier garage-beat group. With organ, harmonica, maracas and fuzz, the entire LP has a wonderful Animals/Stones/Pretty Things vibe, and is probably the strongest of their long-players!

Condition: The record is extremely clean and glossy with practically no signs of use. There are just a few quiet pops on each side, otherwise it plays without any noise at all. The blue and black Columbia labels are clean, with only a couple of spindle marks on each side. The laminated cover has slight, insignificant ringwear and creasing, but is otherwise in excellent condition.
