Description
As part of Billy’s on-going lockdown de-clutter, he’s making some surplus vinyl from his collection available for fans to purchase. Those of which he has more than a handful will be sold at a fixed price via his website, while the rarer items are being made available for auction here. All records are unplayed.
Pulled together in 1988 by the NME as a fund raising effort in support of Childline, a free telephone helpline for children in trouble or danger. The concept was to ask various artists to cover tracks from the Beatles’ masterpiece, ‘Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’.
A single from the album, a double A side featuring Billy and Wet, Wet, Wet, topped the UK charts
If requested, the sleeve of this record can be personalised with your name and a signature from Billy
