Description
SEX PISTOLS Never Mind The Bollocks LP from 1977 on the Virgin Records label.
this is the first U.K. pressing with no track listing on the back cover.
A9 B9 in the dead wax.
record has been cleaned on an Okki Nokki and play tested in full.
both sides have lots of hairlines and fine surface marks.
Side One has a short surface scratch across tracks one and two plus a cluster of small faint marks.
it's clearly had a few plays but please read on as it does play through well despite it's appearance...
Side One:
record has a very (very) slight wobble on the turntable - not a warp, it's just not 100% true.
it's only noticeable when this side is on the turntable.
there's some surface noise between tracks and some occasional surface noise and the odd low pop across the side.
nothing that is particularly distracting though - there's only a handful of faint pops and they're drowned out by the music.
there are no skips or jumps during any of the tracks.
Side Two:
there's some surface noise between each track plus some occasional surface noise. again, nothing that is really that noticeable or distracting. i heard a couple of low pops and that was it.

i'd say that it's a GOOD PLUS visually but it's closer to VERY GOOD audio-wise.
the sleeve is in the condition shown.
i would grade it as GOOD.
the paper inner has some handling wear and creasing.
it has 'PATENT Nos. 1,125,555' and 'MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN' printed on it.
i would grade it as VG.
