JAMIE REID VINTAGE EDITION

ARTIST'S PROOF SIGNED BY JAMIE REID

EXCLUSIVE TO ROCK-COLLECTIBLES!

This very rare promotional item bears Jamie Reid's iconic 'Blind Queen' design which was first used in the 1977 sales campaign for the Sex Pistols 'God Save The Queen' single. This notepad was manufactured for the later re-release of the single. The cover is beautifully printed in royal blue and each page is printed with the cover design in a light blue. The back of the pad bears the Sex Pistols logo, also designed by Jamie Reid.

Jamie has signed a numbered limited edition of twenty pads, available exclusively from us. Each pad is supplied with a photograph of the signing session and an embossed certificate of authenticity. This pad is very rare in itself, and Jamie tells us he has never signed any before. Due to the rarity of the item he is unlikely to do so again.

On offer in this auction is an Artist's Proof from our company archive. When an edition is made a handful of Artist's Proofs are also prepared for the artist and the publisher of the edition. They are highly desirable due to their rarity. We have discovered that we have 3 in our archive and are therefore offering one of the spares for sale.

Dimensions are 15 cm x 21 cm (approx. 6" x 8"). The item is in mint condition, with no defects.

An essential addition to any collection of Jamie Reid's art or Sex Pistols memorabilia.
