Seona Dancing (with Ricky Gervais) - More To Lose 1983 UK OOP (Out Of Print) 12” Vinyl/EP/Single containing two tracks: More To Lose (Extended Mix) b/w (backed with) You’re On My Side (Photo #11, 8, 9 and 4). "More to Lose" is the debut single by English new wave duo Seona Dancing, released in 1983. It is an uptempo new wave pop song, sung by a then-unknown Ricky Gervais, who was the lyricist and vocalist of the band. Bill Macrae was the band's composer and keyboard player. The song remains virtually unknown in their homeland of the UK, after only peaking at No. 117 on the UK Singles Chart, but found tremendous success in the Philippines in 1985, a year after the band broke up. Comes in a picture sleeve (Photos #1 and 2) with full lyrics printed on the back (Photo #5). Vinyl is visually graded near mint going by Goldmine Grading Guide. Photos #6-11 were taken directly under a fluorescent bulb. NM/M Play Grade for majority of the time. Please see below for specific details. Both tracks were listened to from start to finish. No skips/jumps nor repeats (needle getting stuck in the groove). Condition is "Used". Album cover graded excellent due only to three minimal front right middle creases/front right lower section crease, tiny front right bottom corner crease (Photo #2) and small back left bottom corner/back right top/bottom corner/back left bottom/edge creases (Photo #3). DJ name stamp print only on the inside generic white portion of the album cover/printed sleeve close to the vinyl mouth (where the vinyl cones in and out).
