FACTORY SEALED!!! PRISTINE!!! Remarkable  original 1st edition   LP of the Yardbirds, "LIVE YARDBIRDS."  Released 1972 on the Columbia label (Stereo: P 13311).  Features wonderfully insightful liner notes by rock historian and former Patti Smith Group lead guitarist Lenny Kaye. A magnificent live document of live performances by the Yardbirds with the legendary Jimmy Page before he left the Yardbirds nest to form his own Led Zeppelin venture.  The Yardbirds was a vitally important band that--at various times--served as the birthplace of future monster guitarists like Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck and Jimmy Page. Live songs include "Shapes Of Things," "Over Under Sideways Down," "The Train Kept A-Rollin'" and more. Recorded live at New York City's Anderson Theatre, March 30, 1968.
