Hailing from Champaign, lllinois, where they formed in January 1963, the band recorded the material for this album in Chicago during 1968 and 1969, although it was not released until 1972. This album is still sealed with blue sticker label across plastic. There is mildew build-up to several places to the paper cover, under the plastic seal from storage (please see photos).
