Mid 70's Original vinyl pressing 2xLp in leather like thick gatefold cover embossed with gold emblem containing a large 30 page lyrics booklet...each record comes in its own stylized inner sleeve ...The item as such was not around long with the lavish nature too cost prohibitive even for Capitol Records and artist like the Beatles... The 25 classic tracks are in unique listening order -- only to this album, and with the lyrics book will provide enjoyment & fun enabling one to 'sing along' to the hit after hit....
Love Songs comprises all love songs recorded by The Beatles between 1962 and 1970. The album peaked at #24 in Billboard's Top LPs chart during a thirty-one week stay. The RIAA certified the album with sales of three million units in 2000 even though it was was deleted some few years after its release. It has never been issued on CD. The album contains a book the size of an LP that has the words to all the songs printed on a simulated parchment paper.
