Granted, this is one of the more overpriced albums in many record guides, but still remains highly collectable and without question one of the more bizarre Rhythm and Blues albums of the fifties and contains his recording of I Put A Spell On You. From 1958 and issued on Epic Records LN 3448 in mono, original yellow label by Screamin' Jay Hawkins titled At Home With. Vinyl has a few minor handling scuffs (barely visible), but plays a very decent near mint with clean fidelity and dynamics, little to no extraneous surface noise, no pops, no skips and no intrusive revolutions. Label is near mint with spindle scuffs and cover is a clean appearance vg with shelf, seam and corner wear, bottom corner creases, vertical crease along top spine and has a first name only penned on back. Be prepared for some eccentric arrangements and vocal attainments on Orange-Colored Sky, Hong Kong, Temptation, I Love Paris, I Put A Spell On You, Swing Low Sweet Chariot, Yellow Coat, Ol' Man River, If You Are But A Dream, Give Me My Boots And Saddle, Deep Purple and You Made Me Love You. In the 1960's Screamin' Jay opened his live shows by being lowered on the center of the stage lying in a coffin. I thought that was classy! Guaranteed as described and winner pays shipping cost. The album(s) included in this auction have all been professionally cleaned with a VPI HW-17 record cleaning machine (except those that are still sealed) and will be protected with one of my custom 5 mil thick polyethylene covers. SHIPPING COSTS

DOMESTIC: Under one pound is $3.15 for Media Mail or $5.60 for Priority Mail (both include delivery confirmation). Minimum charge helps defer some of my cost for mailers and packing supplies. Over one pound will be determined by weight and USPS postal zone. I will always try to ship bulk orders the least expensive option, either Media Mail or Parcel Post, unless Priority Mail is requested. I include delivery confirmation with each order, but please, understand delivery confirmation is not a tracking service. It is intended for the benefit of the sender, not the recipient..
OVERSEAS: Charge will be determined by weight and country. All oversea shipments are Air Mail, either First Class International or Priority International and must include Certificate Of Mailing. The shipping fees provided include postage plus $1.05 for Certificate Of Mailing plus $1.00 packaging fee. Please enter your location and know your total shipping cost prior to bidding. All records are professionally packaged and shipped in my custom designed heavy duty cardboard mailers with stiff cardboard flats. You will not find a better quality LP mailer! Larger shipments are all shipped in new boxes designed to accomodate records and packaging.

RECORD GRADING LP'S
I place emphasis on play grade, maintain the highest professional standards, do spot check play grading on all individual auction items and always provide an accurate visual grade and label appearance. I play grade on a quality system with a high end cartridge in order to maintain a strict and undisguised play grade. I always keep my grading simple and fair and will not subject my customers to a proliferation of meaningless grades. If a record plays between two grades I always apply the lesser grade, I don't create a grade in an attempt to articulate a borderline evaluation.
nm....near mint, superb play quality with little to no signs of visual wear and plays with little to no extraneous noise. I have learned from over 30 years of experience that "mint" is too strong a grade for a used record evaluation. The only records that qualify for a "mint" grade on my listings are my new unplayed and unhandled store stock items.
vg+...very good plus, excellent play quality with minor use and little to no overall visual wear. Any minor scuffs, light surface scratches, or blemishes do not affect play and play grade may have some very minor extraneous area noise.
vg....very good, very playable, probably with some extraneous surface noise. A slightly mishandled or well used record. May have visual scratches or blemish. I generally do not auction vg albums unless they are exceptional pieces and highly sought after items.

I use standard record grading abbreviations and include cover grade within each description. I open, clean and inspect all suspect sealed older albums.

I guarantee everything I sell and will be cooperative and understanding towards any of my valued customers who genuinely feel I may have not maintained my grading standards, have overlooked a flaw or manufacturing defect, or have mistakenly misrepresented an item. Postage with insurance for a returned item is your responsibility, returned item must be received in same condition as originally shipped and dispute console mutual agreement not to puchase must be completed in order for me to receive credit for final value fees I accrued.
