Vinyl Grade: Near Mint/+   Sleeve Grade: VG+/VG++

Vinyl is very glossy and "like new"; there are no apparent signs of handling.  Sleeve has very minimal corner wear; the spine is intact, and there are no seam splits.  Front of cover has very-light blotching near top center.  There is no fading--colors are bright.  (Please see photo for a close look at the sleeve). RCA-Victor insert is included with sleeve; insert is in Near Mint condition.

GRADING POLICY

 Vinyl grade indicated is a combination of audio and visual qualities.  If audio and visual qualities are significantly different from one another on a particular record, those grade-defining qualities will be noted. Every record is played before it is listed.  A "split grade" (VG+/VG++, for example) means that the record falls between these two grades, or that the record has characteristics of both grades. Sometimes the word "strong" or an additional "+" (plus) or "-" (minus) are used to specify degree.  If only one label is shown in photo, the label on the record's flip side is guaranteed to be in the same condition (or better) as the one shown. 

Near Mint   Vinyl will be very glossy; may have one or two extremely light surface marks that do not influence audio quality.

Very Good ++   Excellent +. Record has a small amount of very-light scuffs and/or small, fine, ultra-light surface scratches; these imperfections will not cause abrupt disturbance in the audio quality;  a minimal degree of soft surface noise may be detected during the record's silent or quietest passages.    

VG+   Excellent. Very-light scuffs and light-surface scratches will be present (moreso than a VG++ record), but they still will not cause skips or repeats.  Soft surface noise will be present (mostly during silent/quieter passages); however, it will not be distracting, and will be completely extinguished during full instrumentation.

VG   Vinyl will have lost a fair amount of its original shine, nor is it completely dulled.  Some scuffs and/or surface scratches may cause more noticeable noise, but they will still not cause skips or repeats. Surface noise on a VG record will not overpower the music. 

VG-   Vinyl will be dulled.  It will have many scuffs and surface-scratches, but the record will still play all the way through without skips or repeats.  Surface noise will often be consistently present, and--although it competes strongly for the audio forefront--will still fall away to a significant degree during the record's passages containing heavy instrumentation.
