PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING: Please read the entire auction listing, including shipping costs, before writing to ask a question. OUR GOAL IS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Payment is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback. We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery. We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare and collectible music! HARD to find mint copies for sure, BUT here is a TOP 1972 first pressing of the very first JOE WALSH album, recorded just after he left the legendary James Gang ...

A real first class 'grower' as in the more you listen to it, the better Barnstorm gets. Barnstorm simply stated is one of Joe Walsh’s best Lp's he ever recorded.
There are no songs you have to force yourself to get through. The case with Barnstorm is EVERY track is enjoyable and is pretty easy to listen to from start to finish.
Barnstorm is a nicely varied, mix of 10 tracks that are very well written songs by this clearly superb guitarist/vocalist. Most of the songs display a lot of the kind emotion that makes for a really great listen. Clearly drawing from what one can only imagine are him own personal experiences. At different points touching on the most real emotions like love, and the pain of failed relationships can certainly be heard. There are great guitar structures and lead guitar passages that support the memorable melodies within the guitar trio format, clearly thrusting Walsh in the spotlight ala James Gang.
Listening a few times to this Lp should find there's nothing to not-like about it. The songs are inspired, the production is simply outstanding, and Joe Walsh is clearly in top form. So much so that if you're even mildly into Rock music you should enjoy this album.
While the entire album is outstanding some of the highlights are track 2 - Midnight Visitor, track 8 - Ill Tell The World, and track 10 - Comin’ Down
And perhaps, the best track might be, track 1 - Here We Go. What a nice sound !
