Signed by 5, on the clear plastic sleeve, not the record itself. I've owned this for several years so I'm not sure where or when this was signed, I aquired it 8-10 years ago or a little more, just can't remember, sorry.
From a smoke-free pet-free home. Email me if you'd like more pictures or information. I always combine shipping to save you big bucks! However, if you win multiple items, you need to wait until I send an invoice through ebay. If you don't, and attempt to pay by clicking on the "pay now" button, ebay's system doesn't combine or discount the shipping amounts. It simply adds the shipping cost for each individual win together into one single over-inflated shipping amount. Of course if everything you're purchasing is "free shipping", there's no need to wait!
