George Szell conducting The Cleveland Orchestra - Robert Schumann: Symphony No. 2 In C Major, Op. 61(UK Columbia 1st edition pressing SAX 2496)
On offer is this outstanding recording featuring George Szell and The Cleveland Orchestra performing Schumann, this is a superb original UK Columbia 'Magic Notes' pressing released in stereo on the turquoise/silver label (SAX 2496).
The record is in Ex+ or archival condition. An extremely clean copy, there are very few markings to the playing surface, there are perhaps just one or two extremely faint, light and wispy paper marks. The labels are exceptionally clean, and I believe that this record has been played sparingly.
The sleeve is in Ex condition. A very well presented example, there is a name written in (neat) pen on the reverse and some rather light laminate wear to the front.
