This is an original UK Stereo 3 LP Box Set pressing in great overall condition! It has a hard burgundy "leatherette" style outer box which is hinged also. It has a front laminated front picture panel which has a gold circular "Stereophonic" sticker on the front. It comes with its original "information" insert. It also comes complete with its original libretto/ booklet. These were not included in the original release but were sold separately via classical record dealers or by sending away to EMI. It was priced 4s 6d. All three LP's come with their original polythene-lined "EMI" inner sleeves.

Record 1 is one sided (Side 1) only. The other side of this LP is blank. It has "Columbia Records" and the "Magic Notes" logo stamped in the vinyl. The label states "Do Not Play This Side". Record 2 (Side 2 & 3) and Record 3 (Side 4 & 5) have both sides used. The records are pressed on thick vinyl & have turquoise blue & silver "Columbia" labels. It has 1st press YAX 769-1, YAX 770-1, YAX 771-3, YAX 772-1 and YAX 773-1 matrix numbers. 

This is the earliest UK pressing complete with insert & the rare libretto. This is a rare UK Stereo Classical 3 LP Box Set in very nice overall condition too. Don't miss out!

Box: Very nice! The text on the spine is almost faded away. There is some discolouration to the spine also. There is some mild rubbing wear to one bottom corner. There is some more moderate rubbing wear to the other bottom corner. otherwise fine. VG+ condition. The Libretto/ Booklet is in VG condition. It is totally complete with no loose pages. There is some more moderate foxing to the front cover, & some more minor foxing on the back cover. The insert is in VG++ condition. There is some light foxing and creasing.

Vinyl 1: Very nice indeed! Just some very light sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. EX condition. I have play tested this LP in its entirety & it plays excellent to excellent+ overall, and near perfect in some places too. Really well indeed! The labels are in near perfect condition and show next to no spindle wear. The company inner sleeve is in VG++ condition. There is some light to mild ringwear & creasing. There are no seam splits.

Vinyl 2: Very nice indeed! Just some light or very light sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. Very NEAR EX condition. I have play tested this LP in its entirety & it plays excellent to excellent+ overall, and near perfect in some places too. Really well indeed! The labels are in excellent+ condition and show light spindle wear only. The company inner sleeve is in Near Excellent condition. There is some light to very mild wear only. There are no seam splits.

Vinyl 3: Very nice indeed! Just some light or very light sleeve rubs can be seen under a strong light. Very NEAR EX condition. Please note that these prices are as a general guideline only. For example: Double LPs are classed as two LPs. Also posters, inserts, etc.. can increase postage costs. One parcel must not exceed 2kg (approximately 4-6 LPS).

All records will be sent in high quality vinyl mailers with at least two card stiffeners either side of the LP or 7". I use a cruciform box for larger orders (4-6 LPs). All parcels will be marked "Fragile" and dispatch time will generally be between 1-3 days after payment.

I will also remove the vinyl from the sleeve & place them in a re-sealable polythene sleeve. In order to prevent seam splits. Depending on the inner sleeve; I often remove the vinyl from the inner sleeve & place it in a separate plain paper, or polythene-lined, plain inner sleeve. I am very conscientious and careful when packaging your LP(s).

I consider my postage & packaging costs to be very transparent & very fair. Packaging costs will generally be between £0.80 to £1.50. I am not adding any further costs for handling, etc...
