Rare Columbia SAX 2412-4 boxset with Blue/Silver labels in stunning condition (no marks/scratches or even hairlines!) with high gloss playing surfaces.
Original inner sleeves are again in nice condition and even original tissues liners (a little off colour) are intact and as set is approx. 45 years old this is no mean feat!
Box is in lovely intact condition with only faintest of wear (see side image for quality) with even Gold letters being easy to read.
If this set has been played it can only be a couple of times as sound quality is fantastic,no break up or distortion even on most complex pieces and when Maria Callas hits those high notes it sends a shiver down your spine!
Pressed in England.
Records have been cleaned on a Clearaudio record cleaning machine and played on AVID Volvere/Origin Live Encounter Arm useing a Ortofon Kontrapoint b cartridge and Liehmann Black Cube phono stage for grading purposes and graded as NM+.
Amplification is high end Moon Evolution series.
