Prior to playing, the record was cleaned on my Moth Record Cleaning Machine. Playback equipment comprised a Thorens TD160, Linn Basik LVX Arm with Audio Technica AT-95E Cartridge.
The record was examined in bright sunlight and appears to be unmarked. The sleeve is undamaged with just a tiny bump on the lower left corner. As can be seen in the photograph there is some discoloration and foxing to the rear.
Side 1
There are just four soft ticks at Oistrakh’s first entry. The whole of the first side then plays without any faults or signs of sound deterioration.
Side 2
Side two starts with some occasional surface noise for the first minute but then continues without any further problems. Again there is no deterioration in sound quality.

The record will be supplied with a new Anti-Static (Nagaoka style) inner sleeve, EMI Inner Sleeve and a PVC protective outer sleeve.

I use dedicated record mailers with added stiffener. The record will be posted within two working days of payment. The cost of postage is dependent on a number of factors; The value of the item sold and it’s final destination. I will only charge you what it costs me to post the item plus £1.00 for the Mailer. The minimum charge for the UK will therefore be £5.40 (1st class signed for) up to a maximum charge of £18.90 for certain worldwide destinations. (International tracked/signed for).
