Description
This is our first sale from a top of the market collection, comprising of just early stereo rarities on Decca HMV, UK Columbia & RCA. First labels issues in Near Mint condition to 99% of them, all described in detail with plenty of pictures. Includes many items rarely seen on ebay.
1959 First year pressing of Uk CALLAS portrays Verdi Heroines - Lady Macbeth * Abigaille * Elvina * Elisabetta di Valois With The Philharmonia Orchestra conducted by Nicola Rescigno. 1st Pale Blue and Silver webbed stereophonic Labels and 1st type biggest bold stereo letters corner, with "s" arrows to the spine. Clean rear as shown with a small white on white sticker scar to centre of top to rear, no spindle marks and playing surfaces completely free of marks.
This record is visually Near Mint, in an Mint Minus sleeve, record is not warped, labels are clean.
