All Domestic (within Australia only) and International (Eligible Rest of the World) packages are sent using Australia Post Standard Delivery.

Unless free postage is offered (Domestic deliveries only), all other deliveries have a flat rate of postage applied. Postage costs are calculated to include -

• Base Domestic or International postage fees (calculated from Australia Post using the parcel weight and size).
• Cost of the shipping materials (including box, protective materials, labels etc).
• Insurance Protection (covers the purchase price for loss or damage during delivery).
• Tracking information (updated by Australia Post).
• Signature on delivery (only included for orders where the purchase price is greater than $500AUD as mandated by Australia Post).

All items are packaged carefully (including appropriate packing materials, fragile stickers etc). Photos are taken of sold items to confirm the condition before, during and at completion of the packing process. These photos are sent to the buyer at confirmation of shipping. In the unlikely event that a product is lost or damaged during delivery, a claim will need to be lodged with Australia Post and will be subject to their investigation and discretion. I have no control over any delays, damage or loss of a parcel once it has been handed over to Australia Post.
