RECORD CONDITION: MINT

The album is still sealed in its original packaging. It has never been opened, never been used, never been handled. The album sleeve is perfectly flat with no concern for bending or warping.

SLEEVE CONDITION: NEAR MINT

Still in the original factory sealed plastic wrap from its original release in 1977, there are only two minor flaws I can see: 

1. top left-hand corner (visible only from the back and/or looking from the top down) there is a small split in the plastic seal and slight wear on the edge of the corner, although corner is still well-formed (i.e. no bending or creasing in the sleeve); 
2. top right-hand corner (also visible only from the back and/or looking from top down) there is a very slight split in the plastic (so small I needed to use a magnifying glass just to be sure the plastic seal was effected) where there is also minimal signs of wear on the edge of the corner; as with the left-side, there is no bending or creasing on the corner; its shape is still sharp and well-formed.

There are three round gold HYPE STICKERS from the original promo upon realize, which appear on the outer plastic; not the actual sleeve itself. There is also one retail sticker from Sam Goody on the backside. No other flaws or imperfections to speak of outside of what I have described in detail above. Additionally, there’s: 

• No bent or creased corners
• No creases anywhere on cover (front or back)
• No scuffs or scratches to cover (front or back)
• No cut-out (drill) holes or saw-marks
• No wax residue or leftover glue residue
• No writing, markings, or paint on the cover or plastic
• No warping or water damage of any kind
• No discoloration from light damage or other environmental impacts
