UK Import ~1971 ~ Island ILPS-9165 Original First Issue w/ Pink Rim Labels Gatefold Cover ~ Original Inner Sleeve
"Sterling" and A-1U/B-1U are factory-stamped in dead wax
VINYL : EX+
COVER : VG+ : Spine & seams intact. Minor to Moderate shelf/ring wear. Minor wear on bottom seam. Three tiny, very faint numbers written in upper right corner. Minor creasing on spine. Still in great shape.
INNER SLEEVE: Original, shaped, turquoise, rice paper-lined, generic Island inner sleeve.
LABELS: A couple faint spindle marks, otherwise very sharp.
NOTES: Ms. Denny's wonderful first post-Fairport solo effort was co-produced by Richard Thompson and features haunting melodies & cryptic lyrics plus an excellent band.
Records have been carefully sight-graded but NOT play-graded.

Near Mint (NM): Like-new with very little or no visible wear. Very scarce & very collectible.
Near Mint minus (NM-): Almost like-new. Perhaps slight signs of play/strictly cosmetic. Very fine.
Excellent (EX+ EX EX-) : Minor wear in varying degrees. Very clean with no serious flaws. Nice.
Very Good plus (VG+): Above average LP. A few moderate surface marks or paper scuffs. Not bad.
Very Good (VG) : An average used LP w/ several surface marks and a few light scratches. OK copy.
Very Good minus (VG-): Shows major wear & tear when spun/viewed but not truly defective. Rough.
Good, Fair, Poor : LPs that have been well played & sadly abused. Very rarely listed by Bear's Wax.
