Description

Long out of print, limited edition issue by Sanctuary Records, The Who Live at the Isle of Wight Festival, 1970.  Sanctuary Records acquired, under licience, the original master tapes from Sony Records in order to produce their 2001 special issue.  This issue comprises of three LP's that are housed in a gatefold cover.  The cover is a little disappointing in that the material is thin so great care has to be used to ensure the cover is not damaged. There is no damage to the cover.  I have rated this release neear mint since it is not factory sealed. The album has not been played.  Only one disc was removed from it's sleeve to carefully check the label information.  I have not photographed each disc since removing them from their individula sleeves could cause scratches, dust or marks on the surface of a disc. The album has been carefully stored since purchased in order protect the cover and discs.  Please check carefully the photographs to satisfy yourself that you are happy with the description and grading.
To try and ensure the album reaches the successful bidder the set will be placed in a lp box with additional corner protectors before being inserted into an outer carton.  This will add to the weight and size of the package and is reflected in higher international shipping costs.  A successful overseas bidder may incur additional costs such as custom duties usually collect by the postal service prior or upon delivery.  A successful domestic bidder will receive this album in the same packaging and due to the quality and rarity of this recording it will be sent using the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service.
