SAN 165-6 (SLS 922) White Angel – BEETHOVEN: MISSA SOLEMNIS – KLEMPERER
1966 HMV stereo recording on gold /white angel labels. Boxed set of 2 LPs, catalogue nos. SAN 165 / 6 (SLS 922). Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis; Otto Klemperer conducting the New Philharmonia Orchestra and Chorus with soloists Elisabeth Soderstrom, Marga Hoffgen, Waldemar Kmentt, Martti Talvela.
The 2 discs have no visible marks; we have not played them. The 12-page booklet is near mint. Box is intact but stuck-on paper front is scuffed (see photo).
