Keen 4002 - 78 RPM record with sleeve autographed by songwriter Pat Best 

(I Love You) For Sentimental Reasons / Desire Me

Hard-to-find Sam Cooke 78 from 1958.  Comes with sleeve autographed by Pat Best, who wrote "Sentimental Reasons" when he was a member of Deek Watson & the Brown Dots.  Sleeve is also signed by fellow group member Jim Gordon.  Sleeve is VG to VG+ with unrelated writing.  Record has moderate surface noise and is in VG to VG+ condition.
