Description

This is the original UK 1st pressing of the S F SORROW 1968 LP by the PRETTY THINGS on the COLUMBIA label.

I bought this when it was first released, and it features:

  • ERNEST  J  DAY laminate gatefold cover
  • Matrix numbers as follows:
    • YAX 3738-1
    • YAX 3738-2

Record is EX+, nice clean vinyl, SIDE 1 is completely unmarked, and SIDE 2, track 3 has a couple of groove scuffs, which only sound as a couple of soft pips on playback. There are small number of spindle marks that are hard to see. Otherwise it play extremely well, and is quiet between tracks.

 

The cover is EX, nice clean shiny laminate cover, with slight ringwear imprint on the back only, and small amount of laminate blister, and slight crease top right corner. Otherwise the spine is OK with just the expected handling wear on the corners and edge where the record is inserted, and there is no writing.

 

The record will be packed in a stiff package specifically designed for sending vinyl through the post, with added protection on the corners.
