Ryuichi Sakamoto – Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence (Original Film Soundtrack LP) (1983)
Superb UK release. Printed in Germany.
The prisoner-of-war movie (1983, dir. Nagisa Oshima) starred David Bowie, Tom Conti, Ryuichi Sakamoto, Takeshi Kitano and Jack Thompson.
Condition VINYL: NM. Wonderfully clean on visual inspection. No sign of any marks, scuffs or hairlines. Played just pre-listing and sound clarity is fantastic throughout. Run-ins are clear with no static or surface noise, and all cues sound superb. Plays with no skipping, jumping or sticking. An enjoyable listen to this great vinyl release. Could be hard to find a better example. OUTER SLEEVE/COVER: EX. Colours are clear and unfaded on superb gloss card sleeve. Light scuffs to bottom edge and corners but spine and aperture in great shape. A few mild creases in from sides, a diagonal crease in bottom left corner and very faint disc ring outline on back. No dents, stains, rips or other defects. Could be hard to find a better example. INNER SLEEVE: NM. Original cream white paper sleeve with centre hole one side. No major creases and no crinkling or corner folds. Clean and intact.
