First of all i have to say that i am selling this with a heavy heavy heart and will be really sad to see this go.

This is a RARE 1st UK Press Vinyl of the 2000 Ryan Adams debut album 'Heartbreaker'. Code COOK 205 LC 7180. I bought it back in 2001 brand new from Piccadilly Records in Manchester and have played it six or seven times. Played it recently and it plays well. No major issues. Please see 12 attached pictures for actual condition. I'd say the record sleeve was in 7.5/10 condition and the vinyl record is also 7.5/10.
