Description
Artist: Ruth Brown Title: Ruth Brown Label/Number: Atlantic 8004 (M) Jacket condition: VG+ Record condition: VG++ Notes: The cover is in nice condition with some light ring wear and a couple of minor corner "dings" detracting just a little. The back cover also has a bit of age spotting on the bottom left corner. The classic front cover photo and other graphics still look great and the notes and title listings on the back are still in nice shape in spite of the minor age spotting. The labels are the original black and silver Atlantic versions and are in beautiful condition with just a couple of light spindle marks. The vinyl is bright and glossy but has a couple of light scuffs that lead me to grade it down a little bit to VG++. Overall this is a really nice copy of this classic LP. Grading: Grading is usually only visual unless there are obvious problems that need to be checked out. I use Goldmine standards with a VG++ added for items NOT QUITE up to M-. I try to be conservative and grade as though I were buying the record. Mono (M) or Stereo (S) is noted after catalog number. Don't hesitate to e-mail questions.
Mailing and costs: Shipping is via USPS, media mail, and fully insured, unless otherwise requested. Standard fee on this one will be $6.00 including the cost of insurance and a new mailer and pads.
