Vinyl grade: VG+/2 light pops 1st song side 1, did not hear any surface noise (clicks or pops) throughout the rest of the record. very clean
Cover type/grade: VG/2 spine corners have wear (see pics)

Grading scale:  NM / EX / VG+ / VG / Good.  We use a grading system based on the Goldmine Grading Guide to rate the records we sell. Near Mint (NM) – Nearly perfect. Vinyl has no visible defects. Cover has no signs of wear. (I never grade anything NM)
Excellent (EX) - Except for a few minor things, it would be NM. Vinyl imperfections are purely cosmetic. Cover has only minor signs of wear.
Very Good + (VG+) - A few more light scuffs and scratches than on an Excellent record, but the listening experience is still very nice. An occasional light pop or crackle may occur. Cover may have a defect or two (a cutout, for instance) but is otherwise very nice. 
Very Good (VG) - Scratches/scuffs are more prominent, so surface noise is more frequent. Cover has many signs of human handling.
Good - Plays without skipping, but has significant surface noise.  Cover imperfections are distracting.
