The Beatles     "Rubber Soul"

This is a US vinyl pressing on Capitol Records ST-2442 from 1966.      This is the original Stereo pressing with black labels and rainbow colorband, without 'Subsidiary' in the rim print.      On the front cover "New Improved Full Dimensional Stereo" is printed on top of the photo of The Beatles.  

The matrix runouts are etched : Side 1 : ST-1-2442-A-9 .  *  and Side 2 : ST-2-2442-A-9 : *  .    In the Perry Cox and Frrank Daniels Beatles Price Guide this is CAP 2442-SR1.

The songs are : I've Just Seen A Face, Norwegian Wood (This Bird Has Flown), You Won't See Me, Think For Yourself, The Word, Michelle, It's Only Love, Girl, I'm Looking Through You, In My Life, Wait, and Run For Your Life.

Overall Condition is : Cover is VG+ /  Record is VG+

The cover is VG+ with no writing and no seam splits.         There is tiny wear on all 4 corners.          The vinyl looks VG+ and it plays VG+, with a few slight handling marks.       The labels are clean with no spindle marks.       The record comes in a Capitol Records inner sleeve.

I started collecting records in 1966.     I started selling records in Goldmine in 1985.      I now sell records at all Northwest record conventions : Portland, Seattle, Tacoma, Olympia, Port Townsend, Eugene, Grants Pass, and Canby.       And at Crossroads Music in Portland, Oregon.     On Discogs I am 'Fragilerecords'.       My records are from a no smoking and no pets home.      I am a record collector, not a DJ, so I almost never play my records.

Packaging :

I take great care on every package and I do each one personally.     I will package this record between two pieces of hand cut composite cardboard.           I always remove the record from the cover and seal them in a clear plastic sleeve.     The package will be marked in red : "Fragile Record" on both sides. 

Postage :  Weight : 1 pound 7 ounces

The winner has to pay for the postage.         It will be shipped by Media mail to a US winner.      I will print postage through Ebay and you will get an automatic email with the tracking number.      International winners will get shipping through the Ebay Global Shipping Program.         I will send your record as soon as you pay ( same day if before 2 PM and next day if after 2 PM : Monday thru Saturday).    This is from a no smoking and no pets home.     I do not accept returns.
