Description
THE BEATLES Rubber Soul (1965 UK first pressing 14-track mono vinyl LP with The Gramophone Co and Sold In The UK label text. The Side One matrix is XEX 579-1 confirming that this is the rare LOUD CUT variant complete with Emitex inner front laminated flipback picture sleeve PMC1267
When “Rubber Soul” was first mixed it was slightly different to later presses. These early mixes are in mono and are distinguished by the matrix numbers XEX 579-1 / XEX 580-1.These early presses have a more edgy vocal sound. This copy has a later version of the label distinguished by the * credit indicator being placed next to the song title.
The cover, inner sleeve and disc are in a very good condition despite sellotape on the edges of the cover opening and the expected light hairline scratches on the vinyl.
