I am not a record expert and cannot grade a record with any knowledge, so I will describe the record as i see it for you.
1. Front Cover
- There are minor signs of wear on the picture
- There is a little bit of creasing on the edges
- The top border edge has a small tear that you can see in picture 10
2. Back Cover
- There is also some wear on the corners and edges on back
3. Record Side 1
- Appears to me to be in great shape
4. Record Side 2
- Also appears to be in great shape
5. Record Sleeve
- The sleeve a little creased on the edges and is torn open on the border edges
Overall this record appears to me to be in really good shape aside from the one tear on the top of the cover
This record will ship with the case it is shown in on the last picture.
