Sophisticated Beggar Roy Harper Strike JHL 105 (1966)
First pressing in 1966. Extremely rare.
I've tried to use the grading criteria as outlined by Record Collector:
Vinyl: VG- Despite noticeable marks playback shows no major deterioration in sound quality. Some usual audible background noise but no jumps. Labels are very good and appear to be lightly 'textured' with JHL 105 +A on the - groove side 1 and same with +B on the reverse. Playback is great considering it's age.
Cover: G Please see accompanying photos. Cover is laminated with no damage or split at all to the spine, top or bottom of the cover. No writing or label markings are present. However there are signs of wear and tear which I have probably gone overboard with in my listing below: Original lamination has not quite gone up to the opening edge of the cover by about 2mm and similar on the reverse side. This has caused an off-colouring, due to natural 'dirt' when being handled, limited to the un-laminated strip when compared to the rest of the cover. Not so noticeable on the reverse due to it being black, but still a slight shading difference nonetheless.
Due to the white cover can see very slight shading imprint of the outline of the vinyl. Not so noticeable on the reverse.
Front bottom LH corner has a crease. Not so noticeable on the reverse. Back top RH corner has a crease. Not so noticeable on the front.
Back, lower LH corner has a 2cm scuff to the laminate. Let me know if you have any further questions.
