- Cover would rate VG/VG+, save notch lower right, small tear upper left, writing on lower back "Recorded as Wilpan's by CH Lloyd" and a check mark and asterisk on Will Pan's Walk on track listing. See photos.

- Runout Side A MUSE 5003A-1 P.R.
- Runout Side B MUSE 5003B 1-11-1 P.R. D (D is about an inch over from P.R.) No period after D
- MR 5003 appears on label and upper left front cover; MUSE 5003 appears right top back cover
- "Promotional Copy Not for Sale" appears in lighter print right side of label, above SIDE A/B on each side
- Plain white sleeve; unsure if original but I think so as it has the notch in same location. Notch did not damage to disc.

Unfortunately, at this time, we are NOT shipping internationally.
