Rosemary Squires 'Everything's Coming Up Rosy' HMV CLP1669 Near Mint 1963 LP. Matrix - 2XEA 2381 - 1N / 2XEA 2382 - 1N
  Record is NM, lovely clean labels, record looks superb, 2 very light hairlines which are only visible in strong light. Play tested and sounds excellent throughout, no pops or crackles even between tracks. Superb example. Sleeve is nice and clean. There is '417' written on rear in biro. This must have been for catalogue use from previous owner as there is also 2 indentations of '417' on front (see pictures) There is some minor discolouring to front of sleeve, particularly near edges and corner. Minor wear to corners. Main wear is on opening edge which has some creasing and a tiny split (under 1cm) All of this should be visible from pictures. Rear unlaminated area also shows some discolouring. Original inner which shows minor creasing. Spine is EX. With all of this in mind the sleeve is still great, especially considering the age, I am just highlighting any flaws I can find to avoid disappointment.  Extremely rare and sought after especially to find the record in this condition, genuine Near Mint.
