~~ AGAINST THE GRAIN is one of the closest examples of Gallhager's exposure with his trio-"TASTE". Although each of his solo efforts have a different blues rock approach.
On this album, Rory excels at bringing out the best in extraordinary guitar keyboard soloing, blues, jazz and hard rock. Considering Rory was doing this stuff in the 70's when such a genre was at the top of its game, well you can't go wrong! Great album!
