Description
"Try Some, Buy Some" is a song written by George Harrison and released on his 1973 album Living in the Material World. It was initially recorded by Ronnie Spector in 1971 and issued as a single by her on Apple Records.
For auction is the fabulous picture sleeve for the Apple 33 UK single release.
IMPORTANT – THIS IS THE SLEEVE ONLY AND DOES NOT HAVE THE RECORD.
This sleeve has never housed the 7” record as it was sent to a record shop for display purposes in 1971. It has been in flat storage since 1971 and is in amazing condition. There are none of the usual record ring marks on the front or back or any other tears, rips, writing or blemishes. The sleeve is not faded. I have classified the sleeve as near mint but others would describe it as mint. There are 2 photos (front and back) uploaded.
I doubt there are many copies of this sleeve in better condition than this one since it has been in flat storage for 40 years and never included a 7” record.
This sleeve would suite a purchaser who already has a 7” vinyl copy of the record with no sleeve or someone who is looking to upgrade their sleeve.
I am very particular with my gradings and have a 100% feedback so you can buy with confidence.
