Description
To the best of my knowledge, this is a test pressing of the 1971 Apple Records single, 'TRY SOME, BUY SOME b/w TANDOORI CHICKEN', by Ronnie Spector. Honestly, though, I have no provenance information for the record and it's not listed either on discogs.com or in the 'AppleLog' Apple Records reference book so...? In the run-off area on the A-side is etched: S-45X-47506 Z7 * bell sound f; (on the B-side it's 47505). At least, I think it says 'bell sound' but the etching is so small, it's hard to be 100% sure. The disc is not warped but is slightly bowed (I've tried to convey it in the pictures). Both sides play and sound great. Will be sent by media mail in mailers from Bags Unlimited (200-lb test corrugated cardboard) or by priority mail in medium flat-rate box. Will combine shipping on singles.
