Label: Prescription Records – PRES108
Format: 12” Vinyl, White Label / Test Press
Country: US

This is an original 1995 Prescription Records white label test press of the classic Foot Therapy EP. Handwritten markings on the label match known authentic test presses from this era. Extremely rare — these were never commercially sold and were used directly by Prescription/Balance for DJ promo and approval.
Artists involved:
• Ron Trent
• Chez Damier
• Abacus
• Joshua (Iz & Diz / Joshua Michaels)
A true Chicago/Detroit deep house holy grail.
Condition
Vinyl: VG+
• Clean and glossy with minimal hairlines from age
• No deep scratches
• Plays well (white labels often have slightly different pressing quirks)
• Handwritten “FOOT THERAPY / PRES108” on label
• Blank flip-side label (as normal for Prescription test pressings)
Sleeve: Generic white 12” sleeve in good condition
Notes
Authentic Prescription Records white labels are extremely scarce and sought-after by collectors of Ron Trent, Chez Damier, and mid-90s deep house. These were typically pressed in very small quantities — often under 20 copies.
If you collect Chicago house, Detroit deep house, or anything related to Prescription/Balance, this is a top-shelf piece.
Record will be shipped in a reinforced mailer with the disc removed from the sleeve for safety.
