I've heard 500 were made, but I think many of those were lost or turfed. Would guess that less than 100 will ever surface. A big thanks to my friend, Mike, extraordinary dj and hardworking digger for procuring this copy. Also up for auction, Romel's full length (check my other listings). This is private press modern soul at its best: an otherworldly production, with a weird warbling bass line which chugs along at a slow hypnotic tempo on a road to boogie-nowhere. The kind of track you do drugs while listening to at three in the morning, slow dancing alone in your room, more on the nod than on the beat, enraptured by the sad-sweet memories stirred up by the faint smell of that dream girl's perfume -or guy's cologne! -still lingering on your clothing from dancing close. "It's... a.. love... affair."  Now s/he's no more tangible than a dream of mirrors... and might just as well be the curvy vanishing wisps of smoke from the pipe you just toked. All to say: clearly a track you need in your life... it will help you make some sense of the void!  Have a listen here! Do not miss this!
