Description

Rolling Stones,The Rolling Stones No. 2,LP, Catalogue Number: (LK.4661), Cover Details: Front laminated flipback sleeve with a Company inner sleeve.

Cover Condition: very good condition with some creasing or marks as seen in the pictures or noted.

Record Condition: Has been played a fair amount and clearly shows surface marks which are likely to affect play in some way with background noise in most of the quiet parts & possibly the odd click but should not jump or skip.

Any Other Details: Original very early pressing, on the red and silver grooved Decca record label with unboxed Decca logo. Top of the label states "Made in England". Matrix numbers XARL-6619-1A & XARL-662--2A. One edge has a small warp/buckle which did not affect the play. This record has been listened to and on our record player it played without any jumps or sticks. There is light background crackle throughout. In addition - side one track one has a pop, track four has several light pops. Side two track two has several light pops, track three has five loud pops in the dead air before four starts. Apart from the pops the crackles at no point over shadow the music. The sleeve is the first pressed withdrawn "Blind Man Text" version with flipbacks. The front has some creasing, the back has yellowed and has several small stains and grubby marks, this is still a good strong sleeve with no tears or splits, the edges and spine are not worn. Complete with its original polylined inner sleeve which has some yellowing and creases but no splits
