Description

Rolling Stones - Through the Past Darkly. Original UK 1st stereo pressing with an octagonal laminated sleeve - Near Mint Vinyl.
First pressing with blue/silver Decca labels (indication "speed 33 1/3" is missing on this label and both "Side 1" and "Side 2 " are on the left of the spindle hole).
On the labels the (Jagger-Richards) credits are written as (Jagger, Richard).
The first inner page features a coloured photograph of the Rolling Stones.
The second inner page includes credits, the album track listing and a tribute to Brian Jones.

  • Bought new in the day, the vinyl is in Near Mint condition having been played infrequently and then only with an Ortophon arm with good stylus. No visible or audible marks or scratches.
  • Labels are excellent with very few spindle marks.
  • Inner octagonal unlined paper sleeve is Excellent, with slight wear but no splits or graffiti.
  • Sleeve is Excellent with no splits or graffiti. Spine fully visible (see photo).

Matrix etc. Side 1: "XZAL-9067.P-1W" with "C::" at 3 o'clock, "0" at 9 o'clock, "J7" at 12 o'clock. Matrix etc. Side 2: "XZAL-9068.P-2W" with "CC" at 3 o'clock, "1" at 9 o'clock, "J7" at 12 o'clock.
