Description
The Rolling Stones Through The Past Darkly (Big Hits Vol 2) genuine 1969 original VINYL LP, Purchased by me back in 1969. I purposely bought mono as then I could only dream of owning a stereo record player.
The cover is laminated and in very good condition, I’ve kept it in a clear cover all these years but you have to take it out of the cover to get the record. 1 of the 8 corners is showing wear, the spine has minimal wear please see pics 4 & 5. Inside it’s almost mint. No creases or graffiti.
The inner sleeve again is the original and printed in red ink in keeping with the mono.
The vinyl itself has some hair scratches that can be seen in sunlight by the window, from memory there has never been a problem with playing this album. The record has the now rather old fashioned looking Decca red label, again confirming the mono theme is excellent, no spindle wear and very clean. There is a gummed paper label stuck on by me in 1969 with a letter B (B for Bob) to make sure if I lent album out it returned. This may be able to be soaked off or peeled off but it may do damage if tried.
