DESCRIPTION: Rolling Stones LP- Throught The past Darkly. 1st Stereo uk press with unboxed labels, P1-W/P2-W matrix and octaganol inner and gatefold sleeve. LABEL AND CATALOGUE NUMBER: Decca SKL5019 YEAR OF RELEASE: 1969 COUNTRY OF RELEASE: UK CONDITION (VINYL/COVER): G+/VG. Vinyl is clean with a decent sheen and some hairlines.. Played passages of this today on my budget deck. Sits flat on the turntable. Sounds Very Good and better generally. A surface line on side 1 that causes some repetetive ticks, nothing worse. Cover is much better than average. It is firm and square and has light to moderate edgewear, cornerwear and light creasing. Inner is also clean with only light wear aand no splits. It has the word "Top" written on both sides- this wasa good idea as it means the record is inserted correctly. This will be why the inner is in much better than average condition. Clean labels. Nother writing, rips, stickers or sticker tears. PLEASE CHECK OUT MY OTHER STONES/PUNK/METAL/CLASSIC/HARD ROCK LISTINGS IN MY EBAY SHOP. Grading system: I use UK’s “Record Collector” Grading system. I DO PLAY EVERY RECORD I LIST NOW even though its often just quite briefly. Please bear in mind you may get a touch of background sound, even if its just on intros and between the tracks on 30-40 year old vinyl records!! :: MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface mark or deterioration in the sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in the sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover, or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable. GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound has noticably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding,scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration etc. I will at times use a + or - to indicate when a record falls between the grades. I REMOVE ALL VINYL FROM SLEEVES PRIOR TO POSTING. RECORDS ARE SENT IN BEST QUALITY MAILERS WITH 2 STIFFENERS. I ALWAYS COMBINE POSTAGE BUT COST DEPENDS ENTIRELY ON WEIGHT OF PACKAGE. EACH EXTRA SINGLE DISC LP IS ROUGHLY £1.75 TO EUROPE, £2.75 TO THE AMERICAS AND £3.25 TO THE REST OF THE WORLD.
