Description
An early UK pressing of "Their Satanic Majesties Request" by The Rolling Stones. Gatefold stereo edition with green Decca label. Matrix number from side 1- ZAL-8126-T2-4K.
This sleeve was originally made for a mono copy, but was changed before release. A "STEREO" sticker was added to the front cover and also on the bottom of the back cover. The "L" in "TXL-103" was changed to an "S" on the back cover, see picture 7. The interesting thing is that the spine of the outer sleeve still says this is a "MONO TXL 103".
The vinyl is immaculate. It still has "The Shine" of a new record, and I cannot find a flaw. It is like new. Original inner sleeve in excellent condition. The outer sleeve is in very good condition. Paste-on 3-D photo on front cover. Light damage to upper left corner, see picture 2. This is a fantastic copy.

This is part of a collection that I just purchased. The collection is over 12,000 records from the 1950's through the 1970's. I have tons more Beatles, Elvis, Rolling Stones and many more that I will be auctioning in the coming weeks if not months. Please keep an eye on my store.
