No red inner sleeve. Gatefold lenticular sleeve has a light crease bottom right corner and is basically excellent. Labels have some light wear. Vinyl is visually at least VG with no warp. The needle sticks in one place on the last track on side 1. I've tried listening to this on both my decks, Technics 1210 with Concorde cartridge/needle. Another turntable might handle it better.
