runout grooves: ARL-8126-1P / ARL-8127-P1
Condition vinyl: VG+ side two / VG side one because there are two tiny pressing defects at the end of B2 and start of B3, the first one causes a skip (would probably not do so with more stylus pressure or antiskate) and the second one a click for 4 turns, general overall condition closer to VG+ with just a few light marks
Condition sleeve: VG+ with stuck on 3D panel on front

All records packaged in box mailers with additional cardboard stiffener(s) perpendicular to the corrugated grain for added strength. I do not use those crappy envelopes that most UK sellers seem to use. I am a collector myself and know how important it is that the record you have bought reaches you in the condition you bought it without creased and folder corners or even snapped in two!
